City Council meetings

Meeting infomation

The Minnetonka City Council generally meets the first and third Mondays of each month for study sessions—informal discussions where no official actions are taken—and on the second and fourth Mondays for regular council meetings. Most meetings start at 6:30 p.m.

All regular meetings and some study sessions are held in the Council Chambers located on the upper level of the Minnetonka Community Center. These are public meetings. For information about how council meetings are run, visit the City Council meeting procedures page.

A calendar of upcoming meetings (PDF, Updated May. 8, 2008 )is updated regularly. Agendas are generally posted the Friday afternoon prior to the upcoming meeting. Please check back if the agenda you are seeking for an upcoming meeting is not yet posted or if minutes are not yet available for a prior meeting.

For a program guide of cablecast replay dates please visit the Cable Channel 16 page. After the date of the meeting, an unofficial summary will soon be available. Online videostreaming of the meeting may be posted as well. Unapproved minutes are posted once available. Once those minutes are approved by the city council, the approved version replaces the summary and unapproved versions.

Agendas and minutes for the upcoming and most recent meetings are available on this page. Other meetings are available on the archive pages for each year.
