James Hiller

James Hiller was elected to the city council in November 2007. He has been a resident of Minnetonka since 1999, and is a principal integrated circuit design engineer at Honeywell, Inc. in Plymouth, Minn. James holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota. He and his wife, Joan, have two children.
