Brad Wiersum

Brad Wiersum was appointed to the Minnetonka City Council in January 2003 to fill a vacancy and elected in 2004, then re-elected in November 2007. He has been a resident of Minnetonka for 12 years. Following 20 years of executive experience in the food industry, he is currently a self-employed management and marketing consultant. He is a graduate of Calvin College, Grand Rapids, Michigan, with a MBA from the U of M. His community and civic activities include serving as a committee member for Young Life Urban, and coaching for Bennett Park Little League Baseball and Minnetonka Youth Hockey. He and his wife, Karen, have four children.
