Just as each state has its own laws, cities have the authority to create their own ordinances. These ordinances are assembled into a book that is called the “City Code of Ordinances.” Minnetonka’s city code also includes the city’s charter. All this information is available to you on-line, including search capabilities to help you find the information you seek.
If you have questions about specifications within the City Code, please call 952.939.8200 and your call will be directed to the appropriate department.
The complete Minnetonka City Code of Ordinances is hosted by American Legal Publishing: city code and charter

Please note that the only ordinances listed are those that are not yet in the online city code and which would amend the city code. Since some ordinances do not amend the code, there may be gaps in the sequence of ordinance numbers.
