Lottery for Boat Slips
Gray’s Bay Marina
Thank you for your interest in the Gray’s Bay Marina boat slips. The City of Minnetonka is now accepting lottery applications for the 2012 Gray’s Bay boat slip vacancy waiting list. Lottery applications must be received at the city of Minnetonka offices no later than 4 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 15.
Lottery
Lottery will take place Thursday, February 16, at 2:30 p.m., at city hall. Applicants do not need to be present. Applicants chosen will be contacted February 7.

For those chosen to fill slip vacancies
- You will receive a phone call to confirm your interest and answer any questions
- A lease will then be mailed to you. Completed lease, full payment ($3,800.00) and copies of pertinent documents are due no later than 4:00 p.m. Thursday, March 1.
- The maximum length of a boat that can be moored in a boat slip is limited to 26 feet in actual total length (measured from the tip of the bow pulpit to the end of the swim platform or the furthest point away from the tip of the bow, whichever is longer). Boat slips are approximately 10.5 feet in width.

- You will receive a copy of the wait list and wait list guidelines in the next seven business days.
