Meeting rooms
General information
Meeting room capacities range from seating for 8 to seating for 40 with tables and chairs. Reservations are accepted and processed on a first come/first served basis and arrangements can be made either in person or by telephone. Call the Facilities Office at 952.939.8390.

When calling to schedule a meeting room reservation, please have the following information available:
- Name, complete address and phone number of individual or organization that the reservation is for.
- Contact name, address and phone number, if different from above.
- An explanation of the type of activity or meeting.
- Expected number of people in attendance.
- Date, starting and ending times of activity or meeting, including set-up and tear-down time needed.
- How the room should be set up to best suit the nature of the meeting.
