2008 Beach Hours and Days of Operation

(hours are subject to change)

  • June 6–August 3: 10 a.m.–9 p.m.
  • August 4–August 24: 10 a.m.–8 p.m.

Swimming in the lake will end a half hour before sunset. A daily time will be posted at the beach.

Please note hours of operations on these days:

  • June 21: 11 a.m.–9 p.m.
  • June 27: 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
  • July 4: 10 a.m.–7 p.m.

Libbs Lake Beach

Libbs Lake Beach is a small neighborhood beach located on Park Lane in Minnetonka. The beach will have limited times with lifeguards on duty and also times when swimming is allowed in an unsupervised setting. No beach permit is required for parking; however, parking is very limited.
