Emergency Service
Call 952.988.8400 or 952.939.8510 (after hours) if you need emergency service from the Public Works Department, including having your water shut off because of a broken pipe, observing a broken fire hydrant, or if your water service is off and you’re not sure why. If you have a question about your water bill, call the Finance Department, 952.939.8255.
What to do when you have low or no water pressure
If you notice a significant change in your water pressure, call the Public Works Department at 952.988.8400. For emergencies occurring after hours or on weekends, call Police Dispatch at 952.939.8510.
