Elmwood-Strand Park
Elmwood-Strand park is a small neighborhood park that services the recreational needs of the surrounding residential area. Given its size, the main focus is providing facilities for non-structured recreational pursuits, as well as a social gathering place for residents.

The Park Board approved the master plan April 21, 2004, and the city council approved the master plan April 26, 2004. Construction was completed in 2007.
