Chipotle Mexican Grill will be occupying the former Caribou Coffee and Bruegger’s Bagels tenant spaces at Westwind Plaza at 4717 County Road 101. The restaurant is proposing to have a patio on the front of the building for an outdoor eating area. The outdoor eating area requires a conditional use permit.
