Project description
The applicant is proposing to operate a multipurpose recreational facility in a portion of the former Kmart building. The proposed facility, The Big Thrill Factory, would include:
- bowling, bumper cars, laser tag and other similar activities within the building;
- miniature golf course, trampolines and climbing walls outdoors; and
- a café serving beer, food and wine.
The proposal requires a conditional use permit and site/building plan review.
