A victim of a crime may have fear in his eyes, but he also has rights.The city of Minnetonka does not have its own civil or human rights commissions. Complaints and inquiries regarding issues that arise in Minnetonka should be directed to the Minnesota Department of Human Rightsor call 651.296.5663.
