The city does not employ a licensed land surveyor. Please contact an independent surveyor for property survey services.

Benchmarks—Surveyor’s Tool

The City of Minnetonka has provided benchmark elevations to surveyors and other professionals for many years. The benchmarks were recently updated in 2003 to delete outdated information. Most benchmarks are set on fire hydrants, power poles, or scribed marks on structures on private property.

All elevations are on the 1929 National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD 29).
