Project description

Best Buy is proposing various renovations to the existing building and site at 13513 Wayzata Boulevard including: (1) 30-feet of the west side of the building would be removed and replaced by additional parking and landscape area; (2) truck dock and car stereo install would be moved to the north side of the building; and (3) the building façade and signs would be upgraded. The proposal requires approval of a master development plan and final site and building plans, with a setback variance for a relocated loading dock area.
