The Home Energy Loan program offers low interest loans to homeowners that want to make energy improvements to their properties.

Eligible improvements
Includes heating system replacement, insulation, windows, doors, and water heaters.
Eligible borrowers
  • No maximum annual household income limit.
  • Borrowers must own the property or be purchasing it through a mortgage or contract for deed
Eligible structures
  • Owner-occupied, 1–4 unit properties
  • Up to 49% of the residence may be used for business
