Responsible authority and data practices compliance official

The person who is the responsible authority and data practices compliance official under the Act is the city clerk. The data practices compliance official is the city employee to whom persons may direct questions or concerns regarding problems in obtaining access to information. The responsible authority has designated certain other city employees to assist in complying with the Act.
